Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of RemindLicense websites, products, and services.

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RemindLicense websites, products, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

RemindLicense helps healthcare professionals track professional licenses, renewal deadlines, CME requirements, and related documents. The Service is a productivity and reminder tool. It does not replace official board portals, legal advice, or your responsibility to renew licenses on time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Enterprise or organization accounts may allow administrators to manage sub-accounts; those administrators are responsible for authorized users under their plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Service operation, upload unlawful content, or use RemindLicense in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You may cancel according to your plan settings; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise noted.

6. Content and data

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as license details and documents). You grant RemindLicense a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RemindLicense does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that reminders will prevent a missed renewal. Always verify requirements with the relevant licensing board.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemindLicense and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email.
